Feast, a horror movie whose production was chronicled in the TV series Project Greenlight, opens Sept. 22 and 23 with special late- night screenings in select cities, including Los Angeles. Following the limited theatrical run will be a DVD release on Oct. 17.
John Gulager, Project Greenlight winner and first-time filmmaker, will direct the film. The plot follows a motley crew of strangers who find themselves trapped in an isolated tavern and must band together in a battle for survival against a family of flesh-hungry creatures.
The ensemble cast includes Balthazar Getty, Henry Rollins, Navi Rawat, Josh Zuckerman, Judah Friedlander, Jason Mewes, Jenny Wade and Krista Allen.
